"Elida Road Upgrades Reducing Crashes" - The Lima News (January 12, 2012) "There seem to be fewer crashes with the new Elida Road configuration. . . . numbers won't be available until March, but there seems to be fewer overall crashes and less that involve serious damage or injury."
